Return and Refund Policy

  • Because all our work is produced specifically for each customer, returns and refunds are not available. All fees paid are non-refundable. Once a domain name has been registered we are unable to alter them in name or extension (Top Level Domain), should additional domains be requested they will be chargeable at the current market rate.
  • Refunds are available in the event of
  1. If you are not satisfied with initial design mock up then you’re entitled to get 100% refund.
  2. We didn’t start your project at all or we’re unable to start soon.
  3. You want to cancel the project within 24 hours of making payment.
  •   For Web Development projects including Word press, Joomla, E-commerce design & development, Custom PHP Development, total project cost is usually divided into two parts. Based on project requirement and specification design and development cost can be different. For example in a $400 word press project, $150 is design part and $250 is development part. So in case after design approval if we are unable to finish the project then you’ll get $250 refund. Once design and development is done and after that if you don’t want to continue, then there won’t be any refund whatsoever.
  • When you buy our products/services, your purchase is covered by our 10-day money-back guarantee. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full refund.
  • To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within ten (10) days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.
  • Refunds are not being provided for services delivered in full such as installation service and provided knowledge base hosting service. Refunds are being processed within 10 days period.

Cancellation Policy

  • We will work with our customers to help ensure that every single one of them is completely happy with the work we produce. In the unlikely event that we are unable to satisfy the customer’s needs, cancellation of the project must be made in writing by the customer.
  • In the event that work is postponed or cancelled at the request of the Customer, we reserve the right to retain the original deposit. In the event that more than the amount of the deposits worth of the anticipated work is completed, additional payment will be due, prorated based on the percentage of work completed. If additional payment is due, this will be billed to the Client within 10 days of notification to stop work.
  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  • If the Customer cancels service and applies for a refund before the payment period has ended, the customer will receive a refund for the remaining part of the month. All requests for cancellations of service must be in writing
